We reject any unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email harvesting programs or other technical devices. Please note that violating this policy is subject to criminal punishment under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)

  • No one shall collect email addresses by using a program that automatically collects email addresses or other technical devices from an Internet website without the prior consent of the operator or manager of the Internet website. (Amended on December 30, 2004)
  • No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).
  • No one shall use email addresses for information transmission, knowing that they are email addresses for which collection, sale, and distribution are prohibited under paragraphs (1) and (2).

Article 74 (Penalties)

Any person who falls under any of the following items shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine not exceeding ten million won:

  • A person who displays, sells, or displays for sale a product with a similar mark in violation of Article 8(4)
  • A person who distributes, sells, rents, or publicly displays obscene codes, texts, sounds, images, or videos in violation of Article 44-7(1)1
  • A person who repeatedly delivers codes, texts, sounds, images, or videos that cause fear or anxiety to the other party in violation of Article 44-7(1)3
  • A person who takes technical measures in violation of Article 50(6)
  • A person who collects, sells, distributes, or uses email addresses for information transmission in violation of Article 50-2
  • A person who transmits advertising information in violation of Article 50-8
  • A person who fails to register a change in registration matters or report the transfer, acquisition, merger, or inheritance of a business in violation of Article 53(4)
